 About Ethan

Ethan has been practicing in the therapeutic field since 2007. He specializes in working with clients focused on changing intra-personal and inter-personal dynamics around relationships, sexuality, religious trauma, and shame. Ethan employs a combination of systemic and experiential therapeutic modalities. He also is active in the emerging field of psychedelic medicine in mental health by offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration counseling.

Ethan is an AASECT certified sex therapist and is licensed as a marriage and family therapist in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah and has done consulting work in both the US and Canada. For more information on these services, please visit his private practice page.

Ethan is certified as an AAMFT approved supervisor for those seeking their marriage and family therapist licensure status. He is also an AASECT sex Therapy supervisor.

In addition to his work with clients, Ethan also speaks on issues of sexual and relational health to a variety of audiences. He has presented to groups both in the United States and Canada.

Ethan coauthored a chapter on sexuality and religiosity for the Handbook for Human Sexuality Counseling: A Sex Positive Approach published by the American Counseling Association. He is currently working on several other writing projects.
